NYC Doula Service prides itself on being a small service affording you the opportunity of a more personalized experience. Each of our Doulas is DONA trained and working towards certification or certified.
Our Doulas have a wide-range of experience working with moms considered high risk, as well as home-birth low risk mothers, hospital births, VBACs, HBACs, and adoptions.
We support all parents in all birthing visions: un-medicated, epidurals, augementations and inductions.
We are knowledgable in the geography of Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx and Nassau County and have experience in many of the hospitals in each Borough and County. Some of the hospitals we have worked in are: NUMC, North Shore Manhasset, Long Island Jewish ( LIJ ), Forest Hills Hospital, New York Queens Hospital, Flushing Hospital, St. Lukes/Roosevelt Hospital, NYU, Cornell, and Brooklyn Birthing Center.
Our Doulas also support couples in their choice of a home birth.
