Lauren is a Certified Labor Doula through DONA International, a Certified Childbirth Educator through CAPPA, a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Hypnobirthing Doula, and offers Postpartum Doula services. Lauren holds a BA in Communications from Hunter College/City University of New York. She has years of both holistic healthcare counseling and teaching experience as a Reiki Master and is very excited about helping women through this exciting time in their lives.
Lauren has experience with hospital births, home births and VBAC's/HBAC's and twin births. She spent time working directly with a Midwife as her assistant at births and brings strong knowledge of the power of birth as well as clinical expertise. Her continuing education classes have been on Perinatal Mood Disorders, Babywearing/Cloth Diapering, CPR and Hypnobirthing. She is Certified from the American Heart Association in adult, child and infant CPR AED. Her C-section rate is under 7%.

$300 for 2 two-hour private classes
$300 for 5 weeks in class setting
